Luis Javier “Jos” Pacheco, 35, of Spring Hill, died Monday, March 31, at his home.
Mr. Pacheco was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and moved to this area 20 years ago from Milwaukee, Wis.
Survivors include his fiancé, Michelle of Spring Hill; four daughters, Natasha Pacheco, Eleecia Pacheco, Salina Pacheco and Jacyn Pacheco, all of Spring Hill; a son, Luis Pacheco Jr. of Spring Hill; a stepson, Juan Crespo of Spring Hill; his parents, Conrado and Maria Pacheco of Spring Hill; paternal grandmother, Rosa Maria Lorenzana of Bayamon, Puerto Rico; and a brother, Conrado Rafael Jr. of Spring Hill.

Lisa M. Clark, 46, of Spring Hill, died Monday, March 31, at St. Joseph Hospital, Tampa. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to this area 29 years ago from Simi Valley, Calif.
Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy; three daughters, Jennifer Marie Clark, Nicole Marie Clark and Jaclyn Marie Clark, all of Spring Hill; her mother, Dorothy Fay of New Port Richey; and three sisters, Dee Brenneman and Kimmarie Ashton, both of Spring Hill, and Michele Arends of New Port Richey.

Thomas R. Fahey Jr., 60, of Weeki Wachee, died Friday, March 14, at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and moved to Florida 24 years ago from Springvale, Maine.
Mr. Fahey was employed by the State of Florida as a veteran’s counselor. He was a U.S. Army veteran under the 25th Infantry and was a combat wounded veteran. In 1990, he was honored by the Governor’s Employment Alliance as the Disabled Employee of the Year.
Survivors include his wife, Kathie; two sons, Thomas R. III and Brian K.; a daughter, Heather A. Guck; his mother, Gladys Fahey; a sister, Kathleen McCall; a brother, William J. Fahey; and three grandchildren.

Pearl Adams, 87, of Spring Hill, died Friday, March 14, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Anderson County, S.C., and moved to this area 17 years ago from Philadelphia, Pa.
Mrs. Adams was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Hudson, where she was a member of the Women’s Bible Class. She was a resident of Forest Oaks Nursing Home, Spring Hill.
She is survived by her son, Seldom of Spring Hill.

Norma L. Johnson, 49, of Spring Hill, died Monday, March 24, at her home. She was born in Tulsa, W.Va., and moved to this area 35 years ago.
Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and a member of Community Baptist Church, Spring Hill.
She is survived by her husband, William.

Herbert "Sully" Sullivan, 83, of Brooksville, died Monday March 24, at Brooksville Regional Hospital. He was born in Macon, Ga., and moved to this area from Hamilton Square, N.J.
Mr. Sullivan was a mechanical engineer, a U.S. Army veteran and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Maria Teresa Sullivan of Hamilton Square and Charito Sullivan of Brooksville; two sons, Charles T. Sullivan of Hamilton Square and John F. Sullivan of Kinnelon, N.J.; a sister, Eloise Sullivan of Long Branch, N.J.; and six grandchildren.

Kenneth M. Murphy Sr., 71, of Brooksville, died Thursday, March 27, at his home. He was born in North Weymouth, Mass., and moved to this area 29 years ago from Rockland, Mass.
Mr. Murphy was a meat cutter.
Survivors include his wife, Verna “Evelyn”; two sons, Kenneth Murphy Jr. of Rockland and Dale Murphy of Bow, N.H.; a daughter, Kathy Delgado of Beverly Hills; two brothers, Edward and Frank; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
