Frank A. Squillace, 59, of Spring Hill, died Monday, April 28. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 19 years ago from Wantagh, N.Y.
Mr. Squillace was retired from New York City Sanitation. He was a member of the Gulf Hammock Hunting Association, St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and a 3rd Degree with St. Jude Council. He was an avid bowler at Mariner Lanes.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel; two sons, 1st Lieutenant Francis A. Squillace of the U.S. Air Force and Michael Squillace of Spring Hill; his father, Frank of Levittown, N.Y.; two sisters, Rosemarie Rotondo and Nancy Giambruno, both of Levittown; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Martin B. Morgan, 76, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, April 29, at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 28 years ago from Fairfield, Conn.
Mr. Morgan was a retired owner/operator of an Orange Julius Food Stand in Gulf View Square Mall. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a Special Police Officer in Fairfield and Jewish by faith.
Survivors include two sons, Lewis Morgan of Woodbury, Conn., and Zelmond Morgan of Spring Hill; two daughters, Sheila Cady and Liza Bullock, both of Spring Hill; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Ethel Mae Jones, 78, of Brooksville, died Monday, April 28, at her home. She was born in Canfield, Ohio, and moved to this area 20 years ago from Lancaster, Ohio.
Mrs. Jones was a Registered Nurse and a Christian by faith.
Survivors include a son, Dale H. Stout of Brooksville; two daughters, Janet Lee Whitt of Brandon and Cynthia Ann Varn of Brooksville; two sisters, Flora E. Kappler of Ohio and Peggy Strom of Florida; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Margaret McKinney Valdes, 85, died Thursday, April 24.
Survivors include her husband, David; a son, Mike; a daughter, Jackie; and a brother, Robert.

Reva Malicoate, 80, of Brooksville, died Monday, April 28, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Jackson County, Ky., and moved to this area 53 years ago from Richmond, Ind.
Mrs. Malicoate was Pentecostal by faith.
Survivors include three daughters, Edna Oxendine, Opel Ramey and Ruth Brewer, all of Brooksville; a sister, Catherine Payne of Paint Lick, Ky.; three brothers, Clayton Smith and Henry Smith, both of Richmond, Ind., and John E. Smith of Richmond, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Landis Charles Lied, 75, of Brooksville, died Monday, April 28. He was born in Princeton, Ill., and moved to this area 14 years ago from Bradenton. He was a member of Spring Hill Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include three sons, Landis Jr. of Shady Hills, Ronald of Cross City and Raymond of Brooksville; four daughters, Karen Wright of Old Town, Barbara Matthis and Heather Lied, both of Fort Myers, and Andrea Lied of Bradenton; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Carolyn Long, 67, of Brooksville, died Sunday, April 27, at home.
Mrs. Long was born in Tifton, Ga., and moved to this area 60 years ago from Georgia.
Survivors include her husband, Floyd; two sons, Floyd Long Jr. and Jefferson Long; six sisters, Angelyn Mitchell, Jan Brooks, Kackie Rowe, Mary Sue Trieber, Sandy Neville and Debra Lemus; two brothers, Danny Gaulding and Randy Gaulding; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Thelma F. Wright, 82, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, April 29, at Heartland of Brooksville.
She was born in Cumberland, Iowa, and moved to this area 15 years ago from Iowa.
Mrs. Wright was a former owner of a bakery and a Methodist by faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandee Tanner of Brooksville; a sister, Jane Pitts of Urbandale, Iowa; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter.

Fred D. Elsea, 76, of Brooksville, died Friday, April 25, at Heron Pointe Health & Rehabilitation. He was born in Blountville, Tenn., and moved to this area 27 years ago from Gainesville.
He is survived by his brother, Dan of Bristol, Tenn.

Hazel L. Wright, 88, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, April 30, at her home. She was born in Blytheville, Ark., and moved to this area 21 years ago from Taylor, Mich.
Mrs. Wright had been employed by the Taylor Public Schools, and she was active in Faith Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Carolyn, Claudia and Ben West; a sister, Ann of St. Louis, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

George Magnus Hansen, 103, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, April 30, at Evergreen Woods Retirement Center. He was born in Norway and moved to this area seven years ago from Clearwater.
Mr. Hansen was a coordinator with Con Edison Electric Company and was a Christian by faith.
Survivors include a son, William Hansen of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter, Grace T. Simonelli of Spring Hill; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
